Terms of use
The rules, in plain words.
Effective 7 October 2026
Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you use the ATTI app or attiapp.com. By using either, you agree to them and to our privacy policy. ATTI is run by its founder from Pune, India, and will move to a private limited company once it is registered; these terms will then name that company. "We" and "us" mean ATTI.
You must be 18 or older to use ATTI.
What ATTI is, and isn't
ATTI helps you use your phone more intentionally. It can pause you before you open apps you choose, show what those habits add up to, suggest alternatives, and block apps on a schedule you set.
ATTI is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you're worried about your health, including your mental health, please talk to a qualified professional.
You decide how strict ATTI is. Some settings you choose can delay or block access to apps for a time you set. ATTI only ever blocks the apps you choose.
Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep access to your account secure.
- Your account is for you alone. Don't share or sell it.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app or with our deletion form.
Price and payment
- ATTI is free to download. Full use needs a one-time purchase, currently ₹999 as an introductory price (the regular price is ₹1,499). The price shown in Google Play or the App Store at the time you buy is the price you pay, including taxes.
- It's a single payment for the version of ATTI you're using. There's no subscription and nothing renews.
- Your purchase is linked to your ATTI account, so you can restore it on a new phone with the same account.
- We may change the price for future buyers. A change never affects a purchase you've already made.
Refunds
Purchases go through Google Play or the App Store, and their refund policies apply. You can request a refund from Google Play or Apple. If you need help, email us. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer protection law.
Access through your company
- If your company gives you a code, your company pays for your access and you pay nothing.
- Your access lasts while your company's licence covers you. If it ends, for example because you leave or the licence expires, you keep your account and can buy ATTI yourself to keep using it.
- Your company can see how many codes have been redeemed. It cannot see your usage. See our privacy policy.
- The terms between ATTI and your company are set out in a separate agreement with them.
Friend referrals
- You can share your referral code or progress card. When someone you refer buys ATTI with their own payment on Google Play or the App Store, you earn ₹100.
- The person you refer pays the standard price. There's no discount for them.
- Rewards are paid in India only, by UPI, once you reach the minimum payout amount shown in the app.
- No reward is paid for sign-ups with a company code, for colleagues who join on your company's code, for referring yourself, or for purchases that are refunded.
- Tax may be deducted from rewards as Indian law requires.
- We may refuse or reverse rewards we reasonably believe come from fraud or abuse. We may change or end the programme, with notice in the app; rewards you've already earned will still be paid.
Fair use
Please don't:
- copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows;
- misuse company codes or referral codes, or try to get rewards you're not entitled to;
- interfere with our systems or other people's use of ATTI;
- use ATTI for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you why first.
Our name and content
The ATTI name, logo, app and website belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices while you follow these terms.
Changes to the app
We keep improving ATTI, so features may change. Phone makers' battery settings and operating-system updates can stop some features from working on some phones; our support page explains how to fix most of these.
Our liability
We work hard to keep ATTI reliable, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for ATTI. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra, have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your rights to approach a consumer commission.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we'll update the date at the top, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
